I wanted my two kids to have the freedom to ride their bikes and explore the neighbourhood, but I wasn’t ready to give them a smartphone or smartwatch.
I just wanted to be able to reach them when it mattered.
And, more than anything, I wanted to protect their childhood just a little longer.
